My Life
Fifteen minutes of fame
Paul Jarratt, 53, Altona
I'm a quarantine inspector. I'm usually a meat inspector but because of limited employment opportunities they've asked me to come across to quarantine for a short time. I'm about to finish up for the day. My role is to ensure that unwanted diseases, pests and contaminates don't get into Australia. It's been given a very high profile because of the recent Foot and Mouth outbreak in Europe. -- FLEUR LEYDEN
